What MediaRubic builds, the technology roles we can take in a research and innovation consortium, and working examples you can open in a browser today.
MediaRubic is a Türkiye-based technology SME specialising in serious games, interactive and branching simulations, gamified learning, SCORM/xAPI-compatible e-learning, AI-supported assessment and digital-twin based training spaces. Since 2015 we have produced more than 2,000 trainings for over 72 corporate brands, with the whole production line — instructional design, game development, animation, video and LMS packaging — in house in Istanbul.
This page is written for consortium coordinators, universities, research centres and companies looking for a technology partner. It answers one question: if a project needs a serious game, a simulation or a deployable digital learning component, what can MediaRubic build, and in what role? We are a production and deployment partner, not a research institute; in a consortium we complement academic partners with the capacity to build, run and iterate the thing that gets tested with real learners.
Each capability below is tied to something we have already built. Links open live, working examples.
Decision-based simulations where the learner's choices change the state of the scenario. Our leadership simulation puts the player in one-to-one conversations with four team members; each approach shifts trust, motivation, stress and performance, and the outcome is shown a simulated month later.
Multiplayer, browser-based games designed around a learning goal — teamwork, communication, resource management, decisions under pressure — and run as facilitated sessions with a structured debrief.
Examples: Before Mars (co-operative strategy) · Club President (multiplayer management simulation) · Kitchen Protocol (co-op coordination) · Details: Serious games & simulation development
Interactive learning content packaged to run inside the partner's or pilot site's existing LMS, reporting completion and success separately, including converting existing material (slides, documents, PDFs) into interactive modules.
Details: E-learning design & SCORM production
Assessment and reporting tools, AI-assisted question generation, AI voice-over and multilingual versions of the same learning flow, so a pilot can run in several languages with the same measures.
Examples: TestEd assessment platform · AI-powered e-learning
3D scans of real facilities turned into navigable spaces for onboarding, site familiarisation and safety orientation, usable before a learner ever sets foot on site.
Details: Digital twin training
Room-based real-time play with shared state and leaderboards, running in a standard browser with no installation — the technical base for multi-user training games and live group sessions.
Example: RaceKeys
In practice this usually means: the research partners define the learning or behavioural question, we design and build the game, simulation or learning component, deploy it to pilot groups, run facilitated sessions and hand back structured results for evaluation.
For projects funded under Turkish national programmes the same capabilities are described on our R&D page in Turkish.
Tell us about the call and the component you need. We will say plainly whether it fits what we build.
